Thank you to those schools who participated in Be The One Day on April 22, 2016!
Who signed up for National Be The One Day? 173 schools in 36 states! That's 107,978 students and that number is going up!
It's easy to talk about the ways we want to treat others and ourselves. "Be The One Day" is about walking the talk! Be The One to bring this movement to your school this year.Count me in!
Be The One is a movement, led by students.
Imagine a transformed middle school experience.
Be The One Day helps students gain self-awareness of their own biases and prejudices that socially isolate others both online and in-person, to take responsibility to be accepting and inclusive to others, and leave negative behaviors behind to transform themselves into the students that will #BeTheOne to make their school a more accepting, respectful and inclusive place. Students are inviting other students to "Be The One” to incorporate little acts of kindness at school and online.
Reach out to some one new ... Be thoughtful ... Spread the word that being inclusive is cool.
There’s still time! Your school can celebrate Be The One Day before the end of the school year! Please fill out the sign up form and to receive your free Be The One resources.
